2nd and 3rd Shifts available with $1.
00 pay differential.
Starting @ $13/Hour, depending on experience.
Summary of duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitor kiln daily, making adjustments as needed, inform kiln engineer or team leader of any irregularities in the area.
Assist in analyzing and resolving all problems associated with daily firing needs of 3C productWork with engineering to develop new firing cycles to meet the needs of the company and debug new equipment as needed.
Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitor kiln and support associated equipment daily Make minor adjustments and inform kiln engineer or team leader of any irregularities Assist in determining preventive maintenance of kilns, equipment and kiln furniture Operate all kilns and equipment associate with kiln area according to SOP's Verify correct firing condition for each firing.
(QA tasks, water absorption, surface area, packing density, temperature, rings, crush strength.
) Assist in all areas as needed Responsible for material movement, SAP Transactions, Inventory Control, Cycle Counts.
Perform necessary house keeping Perform other related duties and assignments as directed Education, prior work experience, specialized skills and knowledge required:
oHigh school diploma or equivalent GED requiredoBasic math and reading comprehension skills required.
oAbility to read blueprints and instruments.
oHigh level of safety consciousness.
Physical requirements:
oCorrectable 20/20 visionoLift 40 lbs.
oWalk, squat, climb stairsoMust be able to sense heat.
Must be willing to get dirtyWorking conditions:
Temperature extremes are present Elevated noise levels Physical activity required Equipment used:
Small tools, measuring tools, computer, calipers, micrometers, miscellaneous equipment, tunnel kiln, multiple batch kilns, working with controller on equipment scales.
Compensation:
Starting @ $13/Hour, depending on experience.
